This page is a practical website notice. It does not replace Grassroots Educare Trust's formally approved organisational policies.
Website privacy notice
This static website does not use advertising cookies, user accounts or on-site payment processing. When you submit the contact form, the website prepares an email in your own email application. The information is sent only when you choose to send that email.
External services such as Google Fonts may receive standard technical information when their resources are loaded. You can contact Grassroots directly by telephone if you prefer not to use email.
POPIA and personal information
To ask how personal information is collected, used, corrected or removed, email info@grassroots.org.za with the subject “POPIA enquiry”. Do not include identity documents or sensitive personal information in the first email.
Child safeguarding
Grassroots' work involves young children and ECD communities. Requests for the organisation's approved child safeguarding policy or a safeguarding contact should be directed to the Grassroots office.
Document approval
Before launch, Grassroots should replace or supplement this notice with its approved policy documents and the correct Information Officer details.
